It looks like Moose will have a lot of splainin to do. He is not the sole culpable party in all this however. I think the INS should have some splainin to do too but I think they may be immune from prosecution.

Now Moose is suing to publish his book even before the trial of the snipers. Cathrine Crier just pointed out how lacking Moose is in ethics. In additions to this book deal, he and his wife also started some kind of crisis management business.
