That cock chicken CNN reporter just tried to downplay the Iraqi reaction of throwing flowers and cheering by saying "Of course, when an invading army comes into your city you can expect that..."
What a #$%^*&^@$! If this was the frigging Soviet army people would be cowering in their homes!

BBC says the US Army came in on one side of the square, and the US Marines on the other.

(I was born on the crest of a wave, and rocked in the cradle of the deep.)
CNN Zahn: What about snipers? Might there be snipers? What is the level of concern about that?
What about suicide bombers? Could there be suicide bombers? What is the level of concern about that?
What about the reception by the Iraqis? Even though there is some celebration, lots of people are staying inside because there are large numbers of snipers, and the snipers are well-placed.
I am NOT making this up. These are the comments and questions she is asking of her correspndent on the street in Baghdad.
Looking at the pictures on the screen, can you give us a sense of where you are right now?
Just to give the viewers an idea, this is a scene near the Palestine Hotel, where several journalists tragically lost their lives yesterday. Luke, can you give us a sense of the reaction in Bagdad to that?
Want to remind people tha tteh Committee to protect journalists has been asked to look into this.
Bwahahahahaha . . .

In all my life, I have never felt so happy for others than I do today. This is a defining moment for the world. This is the moment when Britain and America along with a coalition of the brave, took the fight to the dictator of Iraq, and showed every other dictator in the world, that wherever you are, whenever, we will get you, and liberate your people. That is the bottom line.
God bless the Queen
God bless America
