I couldn't really tell - and I was watching the shells hit!
first, dust below the camera, then more dust, a few rocks bounced past as if in slow motion, then the cam slowly tipped over over and was shifted BACK to the freeze frame section (loop ) of the tanks pointing across the river.
Lebonese camera on top of hotel is looking OPPOSITE past the tanks towards the ex-camera position. Operator alive?
Showed dust and rocks flying from the building that was the camera postion. Even from that postion, I couldn't be sure that the tank actually aimed over towards the building.

Abu Dhabi TV. Iraqis still repelling attack. Stupid media. They should go out the door with a white flag, make like the French, and surrender. He said he was being protected by Iraqis. He shoulda kept his mouth shut.

Dagnab the CBS BAg-cam! Great view. Good composition with the mosque, minarette and Saddass statue ... BUT NO ACTION!

By the way, the F-14D is called the "Bomb-Cat" Another amazing aircraft. Designed as a platform for the Phoenix missile, air-to-air only, converted for "moving mud," and doing a great job of that!

I have the tanks on one side, the famous Baghdad turnaround from CBS on the other. The voices on CBS sound entirely freaked, huge bangs, very fast talking. I wish to heck I knew what they were saying.
On another note, I don't think hitting the Al Jazeera office was a fortunate turn of events. And MSNBC is showing the Planning Ministry on fire.

What are they blowing up?
To: Tree of Liberty
Do you all think we hit Al Jazeera on purpose? Laurie Dhue discussing with guess that A.J. put their name in bigger and bigger print on the roof to try to protect themselves but that the U.S. military aren't fans of A.J. ...

Big Boom. Might have been from tank battle on NTV cam.
