Officer Damon Knapp witnessed three people placing the signs on a downtown business. By early this morning, police had arrested seven men, charging them with disorderly conduct. These brilliant police officers would probably not arrest for disorderly conduct protesters laying down in the street stopping traffic.
Speaking of "brilliant" officers, are they that out of touch with the world that they don't understand "All your base..."?
