Now we can root out these cowardly, coniving, hostage-taking,woman beaters and hold them up for all the world to see. When we turn the LIGHTS BACK ON is when the cockroaches will really start to scuttle.
But, golly, it took two whole weeks to invite the "people shredders" in for the "big dirt nap". I was just getting used to wringing my hands 24-7 and worrying about the flawed battle plan, my cowboy President, and a shortage of roquefort. How will I adjust to overwhelming victory in place of a "Vietnam style quagmire." I'll have to return all those "No blood for Oil" placards and cancel my reservations for this weekend's "die in". And what about all that spray paint we bought for the big veteran's grave desecration party. Man, winning really sucks because it makes America look so damned good.

The best phrase posted by an old vet:
QUAGMIRE
It really sums it up. We're in a quagmire of victory. I'm willing to bet we'll have Sadamn's sons or their bodies at least in possession soon. Cockroaches hate night vision.V

I wonder if bio might be a possibility- so that after we declare victory and start rebuilding, people start falling ill.

"Meredith never played for the Texans, and actually the Texans did not become the Cowboys. Back in 1961, Dallas had two football teams, the expansion Cowboys (NFL) and the Texans (AFL). The Texans were owned by Dallasite Lamar Hunt, one of the Hunt brothers. Because of the NFL being a superior league, the Cowboys stayed and the Texans moved to KC the next year, where they were renamed the Chiefs."
My "Pro Football Legends" book is obviously in error, then.
