This is embarrassing, but I apparently made a major mistake in the body of the thread.
Can you please correct my typo in the first line?

From some of Bob's comments, one might conclude that they are actually on the road to Damascus. In defense of Alex Cox(?) the anchor girl (who is looking very nice tonight) she was trying to get Bob to report the battle instead of just running on about the children he's with.

Should have said "honking more than usual"
To: MEG33
marines told "Do not shoot unless fired upon" being very careful not to shoot civilians, trying to get them to surrender before more have to die
this is unreal

Other than that an excellent start to a thread. Looks like everyone is happy with it.
Did Arnot say the building that the RG is hold up in is only 300 feet away from them?

That anchor should have realized that not even Bob Madden can discuss the Super Bowl if he's running around on the field in the middle of the play, nor while he's standing on the line of scrimage just before the ball is snapped.
To: Consort
Of course we are. We're Americans.

They must be close if they are using a loud speaker to tell enemy to surrender
Arnot is with the 1st Marine Exped in Al Kut near a bridge on Tigris River

aaarrrggg...what kind of radios did the French sell them?
To: Mr.Crimson
I don't get FoxNews. CNN alternates between banal/boring and infuriating. MSNBC has been really on top of things, more often than not. (But not more often than Arnot!)
