Monsieur Arnett had best stay abroad. I'm old and fat and normally not the violent sort . . . but our warriors are fighting and dying in Iraq and I find his seditious bullshit quite troubling.
I'm not sure I could control myself if I were to meet this jackass face to face. I pray with all my heart that other Americans have more self-control.
God help me, after many, many years on this Earth, I've learned to hate. I'm ashamed, but there it is. War, in my case, is not conducive to forgiveness.

Well, the cat is out of the bag. This essay says it all.
Time for a canonization, dear brethren: St. Peter Arnett, Turncoat and Martyr. Feast Day: March 31 (the day sensible heads prevailed and gave him the pink slip). The British media elite can keep him.

didn't he say something like "My reports from Iraq are helping the anti-war effort." I don't have the time or interest in finding the exact quote, but he made it clear that he was pursuing an agenda and was proud of it.
Maybe Peter is on a deep cover CIA mission. What a great cover! Who would suspect a delusional, egomaniacal, useful idiot of being a CIA agent. His reports may contain coded messages!
I believe his mission is to get an interview with Saddam so the US can track him and finish him off. Unfortunately for Peter, it's a suicide mission.

Hmmmm...I don't want to doubt you, but I can't find your original post.
I assume that the 6:03 PM is Eastern Time (which would make it three minutes ahead of my post). When I look through your forum posts for 3/30, it jumps right from this one (3:01 PM PST) to this one (6:34 PM PST).

P.s. Your network also fired you because you could not deliver another admiring interview with Sadam because he's DEAD - just like your disgraceful career.

It isn't really a big deal but I did not post much yesterday after lunch and when I came back on that was the first thread I posted on as Peter had me boiling..
Mister Magoo started the thread I think, and I posted to a freeper named Keith if that helps.
Here is the only things I have from my comments page.
