Protesters, especially LA types, are idiots. I know. I'm from that area. Remember the riots 11 years ago? They burned down their own area.

I saw the "Free Palestine" sign....what are they doing to get arrested? Did they not have a permit for their little stunt?(I'm off 25th & 6th, so they are out of my sight)

I work in Chelsea in NYC
Good name for the neighborhood: Chelsea! Is there a Bill or a Hillary?

They tried something similar here in London down at Parliament Square. The leftists are thoroughly despicable: they dragged schoolkids along with them.

If they get in front of someone rushing to daycare, they will be eligible for Darwin awards.

Perhaps the police should ask for their assistance in securing the "peace" since they're so concerned with "peace"...perhaps have them monitor some the daily detailed security briefings, the
noise from militant Islamic terrorists plotting in detailed ways to take out innocent American civilians.
Peace advocates lead farcical parade , David Warren - Ottawa Citizen:
Today is peace march day. Around the world, and especially across Europe, perhaps millions will march in solidarity with Saddam Hussein; while the people of Iraq continue to live under one of this world's most murderous and vicious dictatorships, glumly anticipating American liberation, but fearing they'll be let down once again.
Chic exponents of abortion on demand will accuse President George W. Bush of wanting to kill Iraqi babies; socialist proponents of public theft will accuse him of trying to steal Iraqi oil; and people whose safety and freedom have been guaranteed by U.S. military protection all their lives, will chant that "Amerika" is a fascist country.
It is a scene of human depravity, worthy of description by the Hebrew prophets.

We had 6 kids standing by the local high school with the same signs. Pity of it was there were more police cars than kids.

these people operate without conscience. the narcissism that allows you to bring traffic to a halt is stunning--might their be an ambulance with a dying person in it that gets stuck in their selfish bs?

The idiocy has certainly begun.the first US casualty was just reported. A guy hanging a banner on the Golden Gate Bridge fell to his death.

Ya, but their punk friends will beat up the driver AND his or her baby. If it's a far left city, the cops will side with the punks.

The cops back way off anyone hollering about their civil rights....

IMO, people should peacefully remove such protestors. If they keep coming back, then just move them with less peace.
These are the same group of people who have no qualms about stomping on the heads of those who blockade clinic entrances. I've seen it happen time and time again.
So, don't let protestors get in the way of your living. It's one thing to carry signs and protest, it's another to stop you from going home. See a protestor blocking a road, gently remove them.

I'm just waiting for the news of the security police at Vanderenburg AFB taking some target pratice shots at protesters! No one ever said these "people" had any "gray" matter.

Are you serious that it was only 2-300?? My company sent out a notice about this today, as if it might pose transit or security problems (we're about 10 blocks north of Times Square).
To: william clark
I could hear the sirens and the helicopters a half hour ago. I am less than a mile north of Wilshire off Sepulveda.
