I have read Zogby, listened to him, and watched him on TV. He is unquestionably an Islamist in sheeps clothing. I would not believe a thing he says and I certainly would not trust him. All Islamists are adept at the 'Art of Taqiyah'. We should find a way to expel all Islamists from our Shores. In fact, I would extend that to all Muslims.

"The neoconservative infantile fantasy...." Liberals appear to have taken a fancy to Pat Buchanan's standard rant.

They have based their understanding on like-minded ideologies who have shown condescending and derogatory assumptions towards Arabs -- racist assumptions that Arabs tend towards evil The old worn out race card gets thrown down again. Man, the edges on that faux trump card are so frayed it's lost any edge it might have had. How much arab goodness have we seen, in say, the last 1000 years, besides Walt Disney's fantasy, Aladdin?

The president has not talked about the costs of this war and he has offered different rationales for it to different audiences. To the American people, this war has been presented as part of our compassionate and divinely ordained mission to free people. To the United Nations, it has been sold as a war to disarm Saddam. So what?
There are several good reasons for removing Saddam... and emphasizing those which are most significant to a particular audience simply makes sense.
Zogby is not the first leftist to try to raise this argument in an attempt to portray Bush as deceitful on Iraq, but it is not resonating with anybody. It just sounds nit picky and weak.

This appears to be somewhat confusing. He uses the term "WE" intermittently throughout this interview. Is the "WE" referring to the USA, or the ARAB slant? He sounds to me to be a clone of RAT-RAT the ARAFAT in this dissertation he is spouting.

It looks like Mr. Zogby is the one who is obsessed. Another person to humilate with this own comments after this deal is done.

The guy is a catalog of every wrong opinion out there today. I don't think he missed any.
And I really get a kick out of this highly fashionable notion that victory in Iraq will fuel the recruitment of new terrorists. Did our victory in 1945 fuel German and Japanese terrorism? Defeat promotes conformity to the goals of the victor! History is replete with examples. The idea that victory causes the enemy to be reborn and reinvigorated is just the asinine mealy-mouthed wishful thinking of America-haters.
