Correct, pollution is truly coming out of the incompetent mayor L. Brown. And we're not over doing the barbeque, can't be afraid of cooking meat - instead, we are cautious of the political ineffectiveness at city hall. Was going to send my child to Rice, but even former alumni have been sharing many serious reasons to avoid that college.
