PARIS, March 17 (Reuters) - French Foreign Minister Dominique de Villepin said on Monday that the United States had failed to prove a link between Iraq and the al Qaeda network blamed for the September 11 attacks on the United States. And Dominique has failed to prove that France does not have financial interest in Iraq that weighs into their decisions at the UN level. Dominique, did you ever hear the term 'conflict of interest?'
