If Blix and El Buddyboy go to Iraq under these circumstances I would be all in favor of charging both of them with crimes against humanity for purposely, deliberately, knowingly aiding and abetting the crimes that are going on there. They know full well the nature of the regime there.

I also think that part of the post-war actions should be bringing charges against ChIraq. We should not do it, but I bet that thousands of Iraqis could be found who will be more than willing to file the charges.

Thank you so much for your kind offer of hospitality and the invitation to Bagdhad, as soon as possible for Mr. Elbaradei and myself.

In looking at our busy calendar, it seems the earliest possible date for a meeting is April 15th, sometime in the late afternoon. This date has good omens for our little chat as the Americans pay their taxes due that day so it is our "payday", so to speak (ha! ha!).
