I really hope they litigate this case soon. The prosecutors should force Pep Boys to give back pay from June 2002 to February 2003, plus pay for all credit card outstanding balances and pay for the full cost of cleaning up the family's credit rating through all credit reporting agencies.

I live near a Pep Boys in Phoenix, and have taken my car there several times. I'll have to let them know that they have seen my business for the last time, and the reason why.
