My high school math teacher had that. She was a good teacher, but she stunk. She was also a liberal - which was worse.

Nature's Way has a new locarb bread available at WalMart--when I went back to purchase more, that part of the bin was bare. Word is getting around, even to us WalMarts. I am getting to know quite a few people who, after a lifetime of struggling with lofat diets, now find it easy to control their weight, hunger-less, with locarb...Of course, this means better health through not carrying around those pounds! Now we're starting the Omega-3 experiment.
