You posted that to yourself. LOL!
Where is the devil? Was he banned?

I heard some guy on TV say tonight that 14 year olds in Utah can legally choose and get married. Not without parental permission, they can't. And this is putting aside the fact that she was a captive without the ability to say "no". You aren't capable of giving permission unless you are capable of denying permission.

But that doesn't mean nothing reported is true, either.
I truly don't understand this comment, but would like to if you'd please rephrase it.
BREAKING: Scripts being shopped to USA, Lifetime and TNN for "The Elizabeth Smart Story"
Also, Fox news to go LIVE to an interview with Elizabeth's aunt's friend's brother's dog-groomer's receptionist.

You aren't capable of giving permission unless you are capable of denying permission." Scratch the word "permission",and replace it with "consent".

"... Question: If married, what does that do to the kidnapping conviction??? Doesn't mean jack squat. In fact, it's another crime.
He's looking at 30 years.

So, for example, if I entered into a contract with a minor, I can't make the argument that the contract is void because the other party was a minor. The contract is perfectly valid unless the minor disaffirms it. Gotcha. Thanks for the clarification, but the fact remains that as a captive without the ability to exert her will,it was impossible for her to give consent. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Transporting her over state lines may also bring about federal charges.

I don't think he can be sentenced to death for kidnapping and rape, I am not certain, but I thought that the death penalty can only be used for murder.
