Gun Suits to proceed (New Jersey judges at it again)

I need a lawyer to confirm this for me, but I would think the state courts in New Jersey have no jurisdiction in a case like this

I am a lawyer in Jersey and I can tell you that the higher up you go, the more politically corrupt the Judges are. While I have had the pleasure of being on my feet before many fine and wise Superior Court judges (and some not so fine or wise), the Appellate Division and the NJSC are wretched, nonsensical creatures who bend, twist, or ignore the law to suit their purpose.

Support bill H.R. 1036! Write your elected federal House of Representatives politicians and tell them to support this bill. This bill gives firearm producers protection against greedy, stupid lawsuits.
