I would believe, if they are not 100% certain he is in this caravan, they shouldn't launch anything. Of course this fall's out of line with the kill 'em all crowd that permeates this forum of late. JMO. Blackbird.

I just love our new Office of Strategic Information! Sometimes when your hunting an animal and they happen to be very good at blending in to whereever they are at, you have to flush them out into the open or cause them to bolt somewhere so you can spot them. All of this info coming out leads me to believe that they are trying to spook him.

Proceeds to go towards the nations involved in capturing this pig, to defray costs to their defense budgets.
As the money rolls in, I'm sure we can think of other usefule places to use it.
