Of course. Then France can become King of the World. And not paying our UN dues and turning the UN headquarters into tax-paying office buildings will be quite a savings for us.

That's because the rest of the world wasn't united. Now they are. Against us. The UN will become the unUS. My how the media creates perceptions. Ninety nations are with us. The world is not united against us, no matter what Dan Rather says.

Why walk out and give the opposition ammunition? Let the UN die the slow death.

If this is true, then GW has a SET, that even his previous bold actions have hidden. IMHO LONG OVERDUE TOO!

Not seceding from the UN, they support attacking Iraq and the war on terror. The nations in Iraq's corner are limited to France, Germany, Russia, and China because of billions in business and a smattering of Muslim nations. It is important to note that several Muslim nations have sided with the U.S.

Iraq? They seem to be on friendly terms.

Your link works fine and yes, M16 is far superior to our Clintonized CIA, but then the British have always been light years ahead of us in the field of espionage.(I am reading Roosevelt's Secret War, which details in beginning of our own secret service.

"But if there is no reform, the temporary withdrawal will, de facto, become permanent."
Oh please, please, please let it become permanent. And while we're on wish fulfillment, maybe we can repeal the 16th (income taxes) and 17th (direct election of senators) Amendments to our Constitution.
