O'keefe was arrested in Turkey for traveling on a forged passport. He never even made it into Iraq, at least that was the las I heard.Regretfully for the Baghdaddies, O'Keefe arrived. Dear diary.

He was ranting like a crazy man. If anyone even slightly disagreed with them, he just started yelling and threatening to stop the interview.

If I'm not mistaken, he was carrying a "passport" that declared him a "Citizen of the Planet Earth".

Man, this is great... 20 Iraqi Oil Refinery guards for every 8 'human shields'-I wonder what that means!! Do the math. If 1 in 10 of the recent protesters can be persuaded to become human shields, the entire Iraqi milatary will be escorting them, leaving it open for a troop of Girl Scouts to capture Saddam.

This reporter has done a really good job. Does anyone have her email address? I suggest people contact her and let her know how great these articles documenting the human shields' activities have been.

Later, a £500 donation from a well-wisher in Istanbul was squandered on boxes of Prozac in a misguided attempt to cheer up the war-weary Iraqi civilians. Shaking head here. Unbelievable.

If Gilbert & Sullivan were still writing operettas they would find a lot of material here.

It's going to be really, really tough picking Darwin Award winners this year. The field of competitors is flooded.

We will stop the war," he would tell me cheerfully everyday. "If that doesn't happen, I'm taking my buses back to London - with a detour via the vineyards of Lebanon."....
Not to be mean, but... couldn't we spare a couple of "errant" smart bombs for those busses just for effect!...Ok! OK!...so it was meant to be mean!

What a brilliant piece. No one but the Telegraph is telling the real (goofball) story of the human shields.

The only form of credit I'll dispense on these misguided people is that at least they back up their words with life-threatening action - to themselves. A hell of a lot more than the leaders of the Peace Movement.

OMG, this is HILARIOUS!! Between reading this and the other article you posted, I still have tears running down my face!
The best comedy is always rooted in truth.
Keep it coming.
I rarely post but I had to thank you for highlighting a truth rarely reported on. I also sent a message of thanks to the reporter.
