The FBI hasn't crossed Abdullah Ahmed Abdullah, the chap on the left off of their list, so, despite the alias, I'm thinking that Abu Mohamad Al-Misari might be someone else.

At any rate, it's a good hit.

The guy on the right has his head tilted down a bit, which makes the brow ridge look different, but if his head was was in the exact same position instead of tilted, he would be a dead ringer for the fellow on the left, who is clearly younder. The guy on the right's hairline has receded and he's gotten fat, but the bone structure, eyes, nose, etc, is strikingly similar.

The nose is even shifted to the same side (to the right looking at the image) relative to the centerpoint of the upper lip. Most people's noses aren't quite centered and occasionally they receive some extra "adjustment" from other folks...so they tend to be rather unique. It is interesting this offset is present in both images, as is the larger than average width of the "bulbous" area over the nostrils. Looks like the same guy.
