How do we get this thread back to the top of Breaking News?

Ask the Mods very nicely (not that I am necessarily asking in the ping to the Mods; after all, it's not quite my thread even if the petition is in my name :-) and they'll consider it. Usually, the sticky stuff is only applied to FR-specific stuff like the "Loose Lips" threads, FReeper cruise threads, FReepathon threads and the like, so don't be terribly disappointed if they don't apply it to this.

I don't know if the UN could actually be doing this, but the UN's Information Center website is unicwash.org...

The sidebar is optimized to show an article only once regardless of the number of topics used in the article. If I remember correctly, the upper most sidebar is filled first, and then so on, skipping over any duplicating article in any sidebar topic.
