Can someone tell me just what the hell is the point of having the weapon if it's got to be locked up if the cockpit door opens?It's for the chilrun, same concept as trigger lock's. These people are as useless as t*t* on a boar hog. Blackbird.

If you've read the requirements for obtaining permission to carry firearms in the cockpit that the TSA put out you would relize there will be very very few pilots willing to undergo the process to get the permit.

For security reasons, I cannot post the numbers of pilots "selected" for this (although I can tell you that the number willing is about 1,000 times the number "selected"), but suffice it to say that most Americans would be VERY shocked at this when compared to the cockroach-like numbers of unarmed TSA employees standing around...

But the most important thing, to this administration, is those unarmed TSA employees standing around in a cockroach-like manner are less than 58% white and, unless I miss my guess, around 70% female.
