Yes, I just noticed that too. It is the same url. There is also a small banner (flash) on the bottom right of the main Iraq page
http://www.uruklink.net/eindex.htm that says "watch satellite channel", but the link is dead. On mouseover it gives 10.0.0.28 as the url, but my trace route app can't ping it.

the pics from their website are posted on this thread..so everytime we hit reload, our IP #'s are requesting their pics... I am not sure if they'll know "that" or not. My educated guess would be "yes".
