Your#18)...............Uh,

Banking?

There are probably more Muslims in Michigan than in all of Canada.

Didn't 'they' come via the French,...via Canada?

A year ago I was visiting Ottawa and , having read a report on Graham inquired about Graham's reputation. No one knew. No one denied it, just no one knew.

Their federal budget is close to balance, true, and while Canada is an enormous US trade partner, again, their entire economy is tiny relative to the rest of the G-7.

Somewhere on my hard drive, I have a report comparing entire nations' economies with large US cities/states. It's pretty amazing.

Will ping you if I find it.

In comparison to our economy it is tiny, perhaps because there is only thirty two million people living in the second largest land mass on the earth. In reality, aside from being (by far) our largest trading partner, Canada is essential to the economic survival of the U.S. We are going to be increasingly dependent on them for oil, natural gas, water, technology and a million other things. We dismiss them at our peril...

Canada's decline started when Trudeau came to power in 1968. Thanks to him we now have official bilingualism, multiculturalism, and today with Chretien we have something pretty close to communism. IMO his multiculturalism policy was aimed at wiping out Canada's British Heritage! With over 1,000,000 immigrants from third world countries allowed to emmigrate into a small country like Canada in the past 10 years - it looks like he has succeeded.

Did you know Jimmy Carter was an honorary pallbearer at Pierre Trudeau's state funeral. Another one was ... Fidel Castro.
