Torres had said in a confession that he stabbed the bird with a fork because it pecked him "all over my head."

You can't make up something this silly. I'm waiting for it to show up on CSI in some strange "parrot perspective" camera shot.

Torres get greased.

"...3 out of the first 5 replies..."

What you call reply # 1 is the actual posting of the thread;
so your statement should actually say:
"...3 out of the first 4 replies...."
(this is not an arguement)

Well, actually...the initiator of the thread is able to post comments in spot #1...so technically there was the possiblity of 5 comments regarding parrots. Ergo, 3 out of the first five were about the "Parrot Sketch".

Strictly speaking there were only 4 replies...but there were 5 comments. #1 was blank.

Not so fast.
If a thread is posted and it has absolutely no comments.
One would not say that the thread in fact has some
mysterious nebulous vaccuous "blank" comment
with a reply count of "1".
That would be positively absurd, now wouldn't it?

Would one? Perhaps not. Could one? Absolutely.
If the poster of a thread left it blank and the Admin Moderator found that blankness offensive and removed it...it would then have a place holder that looks like this:
It may have been blank but it was assigned a number and was called a comment. It's not my fault that "paltz" decided to leave it blank. If you choose not to decide...you still have made a choice. Right?

I can't believe we're discussing this.

You can not win this argument
by attempting to use the silly crutch of logic.

Parrots and Cockatroos can be fierce little creatures when they want to. I have two parrots, an Amazon and a Grey, both of whom can easily draw blood fighting me when I clip their wings or claws...I'd hate to think of what they'd do if they were PO'd at me.
