I did a google search and only came up with their petition website "Grassfire". Since there does not seem to be any other "membership" vehicle than signing one of their petitions, I was wondering how they got the word out. If it was done strictly with addresses and contacts they made from this, wow. Do you know if they did any display advertising or any radio/tv/newspaper interviews prior to the event?

They had several radio ads & interviews & were on local call-in shows. I first heard about in when Fivetoes posted the flyer on FR.
BTW - Dr. Dobro is supposed to be on Hannity & Colmes Monday night.

The voice of Fivetoes - just heard on the local (Denver) Fox affiliate 9PM news. They were showing the Unwashed Ones across the street from us in Denver just as Fivetoes spoke up.

Way to go Fivetoes!!! We loved it! Also saw a few seconds of several of our signs, as well as my Dad's face and later my face.

BTW - while the RMN article estimated the number of patriots at 300, Fox counted 700.

I was standing on the corner with a lady who kind of co-sponsored this. They also did a rally in Parker, CO on Feb 1, 2003.

They also had a color guard made up of men wearing the uniforms from all of America's wars. Our own Colorado patriots Fife and Drum Corps got into the act.

Just as I figured it would , spent more on how the idiots can't read a flyer on a rally and think it was a anti war rally . The reporter did not do what all of us doing justice. The idiots got alot more play just as I knew they would. They can't even agreed how many were there. Lets just say alot more good people than the idiots on the other side. We will prevail in this fight against the HATE AMERICA Crowd.
