Got a laugh Thursday in school .A lot of my "teaching" friends were worried about having cash on hand in case of a disaster. I had to educate them on the " worth" of a handful of ammunition vs. a handful of cash.

OK Dan, if your family is known to have a large cache of food and water when every other family in the neighborhood is eating the family cat and dipping water out of the fish tank, how long will your front door remain intact if you are known not to have firearms in your house?

I always said that the NRA should print up some "This House is a Gun Free Zone" stickers and signs and hand them out to anti-gun groups and dare them to put them on their houses.
