The Gauls were first known to history a few hundred years BC, when they invaded Italy and sacked Rome when it was a small regional power. The Gauls took one town, got into the wine stores, drunk themselves silly, and were all slain when they passed out on the street.

President Bush and Secretary Rumsfeld may be upset that the French are not "assisting" us in this fight, but out here at the tip of the spear, there is nothing but jubilation at their absence.

We shouldn't be celebrating just yet; I still believe the Frogs will be jumping on our bandwagon at the last possible second, as is their annoying wont. There was however one Frenchman with a backbone. His name was Charles Martel. Without him, all of western Europe (minus England) would have been Muslim. Of course, both France and Germany seem to be supporting Islam puppet states and are under invasion from muslims today anyways.
