I think if the Clintons lead the Democratic part to yet another defeat in 2004, their influence might wane. And if someone can defeat Hillary in 2006, well, that might put the bullet in her presidential ambitions. Maybe, I've learned to NEVER count those two out.

Jeez, who are these minded numbed robot democrats kidding?
The Clintons rule them lock, stock, and barrel. Their boy Terry is still in charge of the DNC, from which he (and the cockroachiform Clintons) should have been projectile vomited after their massive November election defeat.

A friend of my husband's - an HONEST loyal Dem. DC insider lawyer who even attended coffee's in the WH with Bill - called us late in Bill's presidency. He wanted to know what we thought of Bush since we live in TX.
Hubby asked him what HE thought of Bill, after all the mess he'd been through. The guy said, "Every morning I wake up and I think to myself - ANOTHER DAY WITH THAT SOB IN THE WHITE HOUSE! HOW MUCH LONGER CAN WE TAKE IT?"

...also his handsome face and savvy intellect... Ewww.

He has flaccid, sissy hands, too.

"his handsome face and savvy intellect"
I quit reading once I read those words. No matter what diamonds may be hidden later on, lies like this in the first part of an article, make me stop dead in my tracks.

As a woman, I have never understood how some find Clinton so attractive and handsome. He has always made my skin crawl.

"Bill Clinton is keeping his hand in..."I think we all did in high school, but moved on as we matured.

"And fat flabby pasty white thighs. Remember him jogging??? "Oooh. I love it when you talk tacky.

" Bill Clinton is keeping his hand in,"
" The former President has praised Edwards extravagantly, makes late-night phone calls to kibitz the senator's speeches "
I'm sure the late night phone calls are interrupted by heavy breathing and asides about sharp teeth.

"Bill Clinton was a winner, a brilliant tactician and candidate
with rare personal skills."yeah...with a CIGAR.
Dims seem to be incrementally changing their party name to "Progressives" which appears to me to be something Slick would suggest. (Like advertisers do all the time, NEW! IMPROVED!)
Klintons. BLECH!

"As First Lady, she embraced NAFTA and welfare reform and all of her husband's major achievements." HA-HA! Those were REPUBLICAN achievements, thanks to THEIR votes on NAFTA, and THEIR bills on Welfare Reform AND the balanced budget that Bill went kicking and screaming on. Who can forget him saying that: "We'll have to do more, to keep the elderly, women, and children from going cold, homeless, and hungry."
Of course, when none of that happened, he claims them as HIS greatest accomplishments during his administration.
One word: SCUMBAG!

also his handsome face and savvy intellectHUH? Does that idiot think Ted "the swimmer" Kennedy is handsome also? I was going to read the article but...........

So why didn't Bill Clinton fade away like other ex-Presidents? You've got to be kidding me! Bill Clinton dropped off the face of the earth on January 20, 2001. I've seen more of Jimmy Carter in the last two years then I've seen of Clinton. What exactly has he been doing? I do know that every single candidate that he campaigned for in the 2002 election lost.
Clinton is nothing but a bad memory so far as I am concerned.
