On the slave ships the US flag was flown. Not the Confederate flag. More than likely the Portuguese flag was flown.

What I was pointing out was, the Confederate flag wasen't flown on slave ships. They need to GET off the flag! Thanks for the reply.

You don't have the right to stand up in the middle of a high school classroom session, and begin preaching "white supremacy" do you?And how is that equivalent to wearing a shirt? The supreme court ruling stated that actually disrupting class isn't granted under "free speech". Go find another straw man to knock down.

NOPE! more than 3/4 of the slave ships were yankee state registered;moreover some of the largest corporations in NY,Boston, etc. were IN the slave trade from the beginning until the bitter end.
searching the available databases, you can't find a SINGLE slave ship that was registered to a southron company OR from a southron port.
