One of the things I do when I go into someones house is check out the bookcases. You can tell a lot about someone by the literature they read.
The three books I repetedly site here on FR are:
1. Natural Process, by Mark Vande Pol (Carry_Okie_
2. The Myth of Male Power, by Warren Farrell
3. The Fourth Turning, by William Strauss and Neil Howe
Wonder what that says about me?

I shall miss this dear man terribly. He was such a clear voice of knowledge and reason. A true patriot.
I first saw him on Paul Weyrich's TV program, on satellite several years ago. I was greatly impressed with his knowledge of our Constitution and our country's founding fathers. He so appreciated our country. He knew what the other kind was like.
Everything he had to say is worth reading!
VAZSONYI:
Our schools have been turned into factories for producing generations of students who have no idea of what America is all about. The entire education system is now geared toward making sure young people growing up don't ever find out what a free, self-governing society is all about. They begin with the destruction of a common American identity when they push multiculturalism and create artificial tensions between the races and sexes. Look at how the same people who hand out condoms to fifth graders also tell boys it's sexual harassment to kiss the cheeks of girls. These people should be held up before the court of public opinion and asked what they have in mind.

I don't know, dear farmfriend... Should we be exposing ourselves like this?

Good quote from a man who knew what it meant to be an American.
From Paul Craig Roberts article posted above:
Balnt was struck by the hostility to American principles on the part of politicians, media, academics and intellectuals. He recognized it as the same hostility to freedom that he experienced under the Nazis and communists.
The ideas that destroyed Europe are now actively at work in the U.S.
