Care for a few pointers? George W. Bush, 1978-84: senior executive, Arbusto Energy/Bush Exploration, an oil company; 1986-90: senior executive of the Harken oil company. Dick Cheney, 1995-2000: chief executive of the Halliburton oil company. Condoleezza Rice, 1991-2000: senior executive with the Chevron oil company, which named an oil tanker after her. Wow, the evil influence of oil is everywhere. Next they'll tell me Bush uses gasoline in his pickup truck. Stop the madness.

Europe have a very short memory. Of course, germany in particular, would like to pretend hitler never existed.
England, and france also pretended they never tried to pacify hitler, and WWII never happened.

It was the rest of the world that was being impoverished by capitalism, not the workers of the advanced countries. The irony is the opposite is true. Most of the 3rd world today is impoverished because they suffer under the evils of socialism. Those countries that adopt free markets and free trade - like hong kong, taiwan, japan in 1960s, etc. - become 'economic miracles' and are no longer 3rd world countries. Just compare south korea and North Korea. Who is being exploited?
