Actually, I don't live in either at the moment, so again, how does this change the geopolitical facts?

well, like some of the poor Egyptians or Palestinians that live in the USA, I would hope you wouldn't have to live in the USA if the politics, etc. were that offensive to you ... (you seem to be making the rounds on 2 or 3 threads tonight regarding the USA, Russia, etc. ... I caught a couple of the others as they were scrolling by on the refresh ...)

Why, by the way, would a rogue state develop a ballistic missile program that can be seen from space when it readies and leaves a nice gas trail all the way home, when they can load a suicide crew in a cargo ship and sail the nuke right into a harbor?

interesting ... so the USA should not build a missile defense because it will be useless in this situation?
oh, and oftentimes, nation of residence affects political opinion ... for example, you may not find too many pro-American Saudis ... it's kinda complex how it works like that ... France, is another example of national politics ...

"Unfortunetly the US keeps supporting Saudi Arabia, the KLA, and Pakistan...all enemies of Russia and its allies." Clandestinely, it's a "NO-HOLDS-BARRED" mad dash to Armageddon in the middle east.
Saudi has been caught red-handed attempting to buy nuclear ICBMs from China for cold cash. Systems that are "plug-n-play" - all they would have to do is spend six to nine months getting the Chinese to show them how to plug in some vectors, and then it would be "Get OUT! You American Infidels!"
I hope Saudi stays our allies, and doesn't start leaning towards China - it would be a dire mistake.

hey vlad its george Um some of your spies going to die, and when you get a chance come on over to the ranch lauras grilling tonight
To: Bobby777
I didn't state opinion, I stated fact. The US does support the Saudies, the KLA and the Pakistanies...all of which are hip deep in terrorism. Is this disputable to you? As for my other comment....do you dispute that a cargo ship could easily slip in with a nuclear device?

so your point is it's OK to help North Korea build a nuclear reactor, and to help Saddam, and if they attack America that's OK? ... is that what you're saying in all your posts? ... you seem to be defending Russian support of these groups ... you don't denounce it ... you bring up some other group ... how about denouncing the support? ...
was it right for Russia to arm the North Vietnamese in the 1960's? ... or the North Koreans and Chinese in the 1950's?

this was your response to ABM ... not related ... Russia had ABM ... do you not think they could do the same in the Caspian Sea? ...
what was your reaction to 9/11 BTW?

Um, that was America that was building TWO nuclear plants for N. Korea...lets at least keep those facts straight.

and BTW, the USA should NOT be helping North Korea with any nuclear program ... I think they were trying to step in to control what KIND of reactor went there ...

If Saddam is so insane, why hasn't he launched chemicals or biologicals at Isreal in the 20 some years he's had them?

Oh and maybe you didn't notice but there was no Russia in the 50's and 60's. There was a Soviet Union under the rule of a Georgian and then under the rule of a Ukrainian but there was no Russia and there were no Russians at the helm...lets at least get that straight too.

because Israel would nuke him from the face of the Earth ... he knows that ... he may choose that option ... I would hope Saddam doesn't launch chemical or biological at Israel ...

I think they were trying to step in to control what KIND of reactor went there ... Symentics, if you believe that then you should be all for the nuke plant that is being built in Iran, since even more so then the US, Russia has an agreement on inspections and return of spent rods...something the US did not bother negotiating when developing the N. Korean plants.

If Isreal would nuke Saddam with it's 200 nukes and that's a deterent that has worked for 20 years, then why would he attack the US that has 60 times as many missiles? Why is there always a logic break down there? And by the way, before you say something about giving the nukes to terrorists, each nuke produces a uranium isotope that can be easily tracked back down to it's breeder plant...a nuclear finger print of sorts.

really? ... what happened then in October, 1917? ... Kruschev was what? ... and what was the makeup of the Politburo? are you saying it wasn't Russia supporting the North Koreans and Chinese in the 1950's and the North Vietnamese in the 1960's? ... it was the "Soviet Union" hijacked by Georgians and Ukranians? ... let's hear more ...

the USA did specify what TYPE of reactor was to go to North Korea ... which still shouldn't have a reactor but the French will sell them one ...
