I didn't say John Ashcroft was responsible for the missing money. Those are your words. I didn't say everyone that worked at Arthur Andersen was corrupt. Those are your words. The Justice Department and the FBI are involved in numerous investigations involving all sorts of government fraud, waste, abuse, theft, etc. For John Ashcroft to hire Arthur Andersen for an FBI review around July 23, 2001 is a joke. By July, 2001, my dog knew better than to hire Arthur Andersen.

Its worse than I thought. I will be prosecuted if I don't pay my taxes but these guys will never have to worry about that.

Once more around the block, for not letting people forget.

Thanks again, Uncle Bill, for another instant favorite.

Hi Le-Roy. Hope all is well. Who's going to jail for all this?

US loses trillions to 'ghost army'

Amendment Follows Reports of 1.2 Million Missing Chemical and Biological Weapons Protective Suits

At EPA, waste, fraud and abuse - "As a senior EPA staff accountant, I can assure you that EPA's financial statements were no more accurate last year than this year. ...Since the government cannot automate/generate any intelligible output (an integrated set of financial statements comparable to a private corporation) from these agencies' mandated input, then what is the purpose of the reams of supporting policies, standards and input/output requirements? Still, these oversight agencies persist in requiring all federal entities to adhere to an everincreasing mishmash of arbitrary, incomprehensible and nonintegrated accounting/budgeting standards. The result, of course, is millions spent on useless financial software (requiring endless bureaucratic tweaking), and - surprise! - trillions in waste, fraud and abuse."

Medicare Bilked for Billions

Billions Lost By Feds

Philippines seize trillions of fake U.S. bonds

"American Taxes Top 2.66 Trillion ($2,660,000,000,000) in 1998 - The non-profit Tax Foundation estimates that federal, state and local governments will collect an average of $26,434 for every household in the country - or an average of $9,881 for every U.S. resident."

Surplus Estimate Hits $5.6 Trillion - What Should We Do With All This Money? LOL!

So, will anybody get fired for this? 3.4 trillion is even bigger than Enron, Wordlcom, Global Crossing, etc. put together. (Who will explain to the media that 3.4 trillion is a lot of money?)

No, usually they get promoted with a bonus.

"So what are the chances we never get a tax cut?"

100%. There have been thousands of bills gladly signed by Bush and congress. Take just one, just one bill.

"This farm bill will cost the average American taxpaying family $4,300 in higher taxes."

How Big Is the Government's Debt? - $33.1 Trillion

Math made easy. Being hosed and feeling good about it.

Look at the bright side, they will have plenty of capital to create even more capital to help them put away the likes of the Enron crones! Hey, Enron/free enterprise bad! Government good! /sarcasm

Besides who are we (the little people) to argue with elitists who know all?
