A society of full individual Liberty is viable only when those individuals have high standards of morality. The overwhelming majority -- only some insignificant minority without that standard.

One case proves nothing; what you'd need is evidence that strippers commit such acts proportionally more often than non-strippers of similar background, education, etc. There is no obvious connection between not disapproving of stripping and not disapproving of lethal child abandonment---nor much connection between anti-stripping laws and individual attitudes toward stripping.
