If you look around the sides of German society...between the economy and the lack of jobs in the future, and the pension debacle....the future is not bright for Germans teens. A lot of them are going to get more despereate in the future. The German education system is basically failure...and the teachers are going to become open targets at some point.

The rock throwing incident was probably an awakening for both the American and German community. Both have a bunch of 14 and 15-year old punks running around after dark, causing chaos. In the old days, you set curfews and limited their potential for damage...that simply doesn't exist today. Dependent kids of Americans in Germany are out every evening looking for a good time and whatever it takes...they are willing to do it.
