Hard to know what N Korea is up to, it might be all just a bluff to get the US to sign a non-aggresion pact, or maybe they really do want to provoke a war. Who knows.

We have to wait until the inspectors make a report.. Exactly. First new moon after the 27th unless GWB has something really out there up his sleeve and goes off Jan 2. They'll want a few weeks to aclimatize (sp?) the troops.

uhm, but he's a democRAT who would do anything to improve his parties chance for eleciton (ala Gore). That was the act of a desperate man, making a political decision because he didn't want the economy to tank before the election and ruin his "legacy."
That's the cynic in me.

Clinton resorted to selling off the oil reserves because he is an idiot. The oil companies could not process any more oil at the time of the sell off, so the crude went to minority owned groups who shipped the crude to Europe to be refined.
