I've read that Patty Murray is quite dimwitted and uneducated and when informed about various issues brought forth in Congress, she doesn't have the intellectual capacity to understand them.

Basically many of these scribblers agree with Murray's stupid statements and certainly don't want to be guilty of impeding or jeopardizing the career of a fellow-traveler. I used to think she was the stupidest Senator, but then Cantwell got elected.

Cantwell is pretty dumb. Her handling of her campaign's finances using her Real Network's holdings demonstrates that. I don't know if she would agree with Murray's comments, but she should be asked. The answer should be interesting if not entertaining.

As far as Murray, I have run into some folk from Western Washington like her. Cantwell at least voted for the use of force against Iraq. Murray did not. As far as arguing these 2 Senator's relative intelligence... well, that may be pointless.
