Joe (I Led Three Lives) Lieberman can run but he can't hide. Finessing the abortion issue wins you few friends and lots of very astute enemies.
In 2000, "Joey" (or as his wife calls him "my Joey" - I'm not kidding) ran for the Senate and VP simultaneously, conducting a lackluster VP campaign, and his past life as a Clintonesque political operator came back to haunt him. He said he was "troubled" by Clinton's conduct but he voted against impeachment.
A Nexis search found Lieberman said "troubled" over 1200 times in his published remarks. Lieberman was promoted as the "holier-than-thou" candidate, but the so-called "conscience of the Senate," immediately began betraying his "moral" positions in order to shoehorn himself into the Gore campaign.
It was embarrassing watching his campaign forays - he drew sparse audiences and displayed an arrogant "I-am-better-than-thou" attitude.
Let's see how longshot "Joey" explains away his abortion history.

There isn't enough space to rehash all LIEberman's flip flops. Out right lies. Position changes.
As a woman who grew up in an orthodox jewish home I can tell you that this man would be far more comfortable in the reform branch of judaism because he follows NONE of the tenets of orthodox judaism.

Maybe Al Bore will run as Losermans VP!

Can you imagine four years of having to listen to that voice?! I predict that if Lieberman was to ever become President, the suicide rate would skyrocket.

Can you imagine four years of having to listen to that voice? Joe looks and talks like the before part of a before and after advertisment for Gas-X.
To: Blue Screen of Death
Yesterday, when he was talking about possibly running, it was as if I was being forced to watch a bucket of water evaporate.

As far as I see it there were no flip-flops Joe always reliably walks liberal party line. He talks a lot about different positions but by end of the dat he always ends up in the same place.
Right between talking and walking he makes his master act of hand-wringing, where he is an undefeated world champion, indeed. However, this act is getting long in the tooth and I hope soon American public would stop paying attention to anything he says.

Joe Lieberman should balance his ticket by choosing another Al to run with him. Who? Why Al Sharpton of course. Think of the diversity this ticket would represent. The voters in Manhattan and Florida would just go wild with this ticket.

Have you ever seen Joe Lieberman walk?
He lists to port and seems to scurry like a 2year old toddler rather than walk.
Does anyone know why?
To: meenie
LOL. Sharpton and dullard Lieberman. Watta combo.

Scurries? Probably trying to run from the many people he's deceived like those in the news report above.

If Lieberman is the "conscience of the Senate," then it must be located just aft of the rectum of the Senate.
To: BenLurkin
Listen here Ben, Pat Paulson was a fine American. He at least had a spine unlike the Gumby like loserman. I enjoyed seeing him run time after time in his satirical way. Mr. Paulson died a few years ago from what I remember.
