Mel's Nam movie is good. We Were Soldiers ,I think, is the title.
He kicks major a$$ in Payback.

Sounds like fun! Wish him luck from all of us. I will be sighing a huge relief once my final is finished. Then I can focus on Christmas shopping!

He just laughs. He knows he has no power over the situation, so he just rolls with it. Same with my Russell Crowe obesession LOL! Plus I don't give him much choice in the matter. I even drove 14 hours to Washington to see the Freepers last August--what a blast! He didn't mind at all.
Know that photo of me and W on my profile page?? That's actually him -- he laughed REALLY hard when he saw I'd put W's head on his body! LOL!!
Plus, there are fringe benefits to having your wife checking out the sexiest and most powerful man in the world right before she heads to bed. ;-)
Did I just say that?

"I'd like to see the President all dressed up in a suit, giving a speech, leading...." Yep...I'm really enjoying the holidays and expect to enjoy the heck outta them until early January, but I'm also really looking forward to the next State of the Union Address, as we celebrate the Liberation of Iraq and the Death of Sodom with our Commander-in-Chief!!

No disrespect to Dubyuh intended, but there's the greatest President of my Lifetime, IMHO...MUD

Yeah, that was fast, huh. Quick ZOT!
To: Maigrey
Check out his movie Signs, but only if you wanna get scared. I never jumped so high from watching a movie. It's good though, and tons of close-ups of Mels Baby Blues!
To: lawgirl
yep, you did. Mr. Lawgirl better not find out about it.

Can't you have more than 1? I'm glad that I've been here for both of them, even if I was too young to vote for Ronnie Raygun!

"Who says Lawgirl isn't married?" Not me, but you know how this younger generation is...MUD

Mel is totally hot---but Payback was one of the most violent movies I had seen. I was not impressed. Braveheart was OK,
but it was no Gladiator. **lawgirl runs from the room to put on her flame-proof underwear!!!**

To: azGOPgal
I guess I could rent it. I don't get out for movies much. Last movie I saw was Star Wars II.
I also kinda want to see Harry Potter II. I've been reading the books for my sister, who is too busy raising her kids to get an idea for letting them read the books/watch the movie.

Russell is good, but Mel is still the man.

"2 critters in the mudcave? You need more." I agree, but they need to be dogs. Our German Shepard died last year and it was pretty traumatic fer the wife and kids so we've taken our time getting another dog. I think Santa might surprise everyone come Christmas morning...MUD

You CAN have two of them, I'm sure MDS agrees...BUT...there was truly something magical about Ronald Reagan. He brought to the office, something we hadn't seen in a long, long time.
I'm more than thrilled that GW is following in his footsteps.
