I came to a conclusion years ago that there is no "black and white" in this country. It is "right and left", "good and bad", "moral and immoral". Hang in there, dont give up.

Please continue in your effort to make the Convention a lovely event that fellow Conservative blackscan feel proud of. There is much to overcome. A good example-my church only invites Democratic candidates to speak to our congregation.
Also, as long as the Lott issue remains unresolved, I am very much feeling like a "Tom" as I try to defend my Republican party. Why is it taking so long to make a decision and take a stand on this issue. Where is Racicot?

Liberal blacks are the sell-outs and Uncle Toms. They vote with the party who enslaves them. The Republican party was started in 1854 by people who were disgusted with the Democratic party for failing to denounce slavery. The Democratic party voted against the 1964 civil rights act, while the Republicans voted and pushed for it. The liberal blacks think that any white guy who lives in the south or owns a gun is a "redneck". Yet, these liberal blacks vote the party of the South, the redneck party, the Democratic party.

Let's not call them, "liberal blacks". Let's just call them, "stupid, ignorant rednecks who don't know any better".

I keep thinking we are nearing the day when all Americans become completely sickened by the constant drumbeat of racial politics, and that when that day comes, the Democratic Party will shrivel up like a balloon when the air is let out. And you will be in the forefront.
