Lol. It just caught my eye. I'm glad I've never made those kind of mistakes. :)

Shouldn't it be 'Joined At The Government Trough?'

There's this idea held by sententious lefties like the Gores: their task is akin to explaining scientific principles to a bunch of savages. Since they "feel" at such a deep, high-quality level, they are qualified to expound on the importance of families to primitives who otherwise wouldn't care about their families.

Editors and reviewers don't pay for books for review. So, probably it was only libraries. Oh, maybe a relative or two. Or maybe Al filled up his garage with copies.

Since they "feel" at such a deep, high-quality level, they are qualified to expound on the importance of families to primitives who otherwise wouldn't care about their families. Part of it is the sanctimony. The other part is their wide-eyed surprise at basic things normal people have always known. They've just discovered this Really Big Thing!! And now they must "teach" us all!
What was that Hillary quote...something about she and Bill finally realizing in their 40's that there are things in the world bigger than themselves?
Well duh! They cannot relate to my life at all, so I want them totally out of the loop when it comes to decision-making.

The sanctimony was expressed by some of that ilk when they discovered that drugs affect the way you see things - duh! That's why decent people abjure them! FReegards

I heard AlGore say that he and Tipper
"PRODUCED" the book, rather than "write" the book.
Clintons/Gore taught us to listen to enemies of our Constitution.
