I can't believe he's picking on The Washington Times. Who the h*ll has heard of the Washington Times other than conservatives? It is never used in our "local" newspaper. All our national news comes direct from The New York Times, The Washington Post, and the Los Angeles Times.

Gore is such a loser. The Washington Times? Gimme a break.

If there was ever a way to cross Tim Conway and Don Knotts, Al Gore is it. This guy is a bumbling oaf that truly believes the leftist drivel he spews. That makes him a dangerous bumbling oaf.

What goreon said,"Most of the media [has] been slow to recognize the pervasive impact of this fifth column in their ranks—that is, day after day, injecting the daily Republican talking points into the definition of what’s objective as stated by the news media as a whole."

The truth, "Most of the media [has] been slow to recognize the pervasive impact of this fifth column in their ranks—that is, day after day, injecting the daily Republican RAT talking points into the definition of what’s objective as stated by the news media as a whole."

It is well known that "the media," as a monolith, is overwhelmingly liberal. A shame, but that's the way it is. As usual, gore-bore is clueless.

Algore just has an instinct for political mistakes. Start a presidential campaign by attacking the biggest cable news network and the biggest radio talk show? I swear if there was only one doggie poo in Central Park, Algore would find a way to step in it.

I hope he is the Democreep's pick for 2004 because it would be really fun to watch the guy sputter his way thru the election.

There has been a major sea change in the way Americans get their news. This is what has the Dems and the so called main stream media in a snit.

Fox News is only a part of the equation. Conservative talk shows offer a radio voice to the conservative message that has never existed.

The third and most important is the growth of web sites like Free Republic. For the first time in history, as soon a Dem utters a "statement", literally thousands of opposition researchers spring into action. Eventually the research hits the conservative air waves and gets into the public discourse. Grass roots organizations can communicate in ways never before seen, sharing information and moral support. Whatever is needed.

The mid-term election results were a testimony to the impact of the changing dynmaics of news research and reporting. Citizen reporters, citizen research made the difference.

The last dynamic is probably what scares the Dems the most. The last thing they want is an informed electorate.

Problem is for them, it's here and it is not going away.

Not only that, he was the head of the National Security Council, one of the duties as Veep. In addition, algore was behind the softball approach to airline security in 1997. This guy is a real boob. Nothing personal, I suppose, but the guy is really an oaf.

But that wasn't in the equation, liberals aren't supposed to be examined and criticised. They're perfect and superior, their liberal arts professors and the liberal media told them so. How dare the ignorant say otherwise? What would Barbra Streisand do?

I for one am tired of this story. For weeks it's been coming at us like spam. Anyone with more than 3 random firing brain cells knows the media is mostly liberal.

Once again I'll throw out some spam of my own, and remind all of ABC News, and their "Diversity" rules. Either you "color" the news, and the 5 W's be damned, or your job evaluation will suffer. This was the law handed down by Westin himself.

And of course there's the ever present guidelines of the SPJ.
