How about a lawsuuit seeking the removal of judge Myron?

violates the constitution's ban on government promotion of religionThe First Amendment was put in place to stop the government from having a state church, enforcing one denomination over another. That was what the Founders escaped from in Europe. It was never intended to filter religion out of public life.

"This is a question of whether the politically powerful can impose their views on others," Southern Poverty Law Center attorney Danielle Lipow argued during the trial before Thompson.Oh, the irony.

Moore testified during the trial that the commandments are the moral foundation of American law. He said the monument acknowledges God, but does not force anyone to follow his conservative Christian religious beliefs. Duh. Especially since they were hand-delivered to the Jews...

Wanna guess who appointed him?

And if the AL Supreme Court says no, then what?
Is this a Federal Court overturning a ruling of the ALSC or was this an action brought in Federal Court seeking to control the way AL chooses to decorate it's offices?

How about a lawsuuit seeking the removal of judge Myron I'm not sure how I feel about this. What if the judge were an islamist and wanted to put a statue of muhammad in the town square - would that be okay?

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof The Constitution says nothing about religion in the Executive or Judicial branches, nor the governments of the many states. There's no federal issue here.

Not the "Jews." There were no "Jews" when Moses led the people of ISRAEL out of Egypt.
Ironically, the only NATION of Israel ever to exist prior to 1949 was NOT a Jewish state--the contemporaneous kingdom of Judah held the Jews.
I have noticed a lot of ignorance on these kinds of topics. Don't they teach anything besides the Classics Illustrated Version of the Old Testament in these fundy Churches?
