Thank you for the link to the prayer thread by Kayak for Nan's husband. I have visited it already and hope we can all help out by keeping it bumped throughout the day....I am praying for God to give Nan strength and to heal her dear husband whom she has loved so long and so dearly.

Thanks daisy. I am glad to be a part of this thread. I enjoy coming here and seeing all of the great comments and tributes. I never imagined that I would be featured here. Then dansangel mentioned that she was thinkng of doing a spotlight on Mixer. It truly is appreciated.

I am glad I found my way here as well. There is so much to learn, from so many great people, from so many different walks of life. I try not to miss a day.

Actually I had someone else on here think that Mixer was a she as well. I guess I am soft spoken (although not all the time) This thread just makes a person that way as well. No rough war talk (usually) no rough anything. Just pictures of birds and landscapes and scenery.....oh and animated letters.....

Haven't heard anything new. I'll be in and out today, but hope to stay updated on how he's doing.

I imagine they're headed to a larger city for more complete medical care, and we won't hear anything for a while.

And about those Buckeyes........#1!! Yessss!!!!!! The next two weeks are critical, though! Here's hoping!
