Nice boat!! Are you sure you don't need an old geezer, ex-navigator, USN, with a year of Swift Boat and Destroyer experience to crew for you?

Where is it moored?

The Mobius Triangle is currently moored at San Diego. My wife and I retired several years ago and have made several trips to the Falklands, New Zealand, and most of the South Pacific. And, yes you can join the psychoceramic crew with currently consists of about fifteen FReepers, one or two if whom have been certified as mostly sane.

Oh, Nan, Roy.....

I woke up this morning and logged on and saw all these mails in my mailbox and posts everywhere to pray for your husband. You are loved very much, and you know what an important part of our thread you are.

Prayers for your husband and for your husband's uncle across the street. God Bless You abundantly and watch over you all.

Thank God for that officer who was so close by and took care of things for you so quickly.

Next time you are cruising off the Chilean coast, plan a stop at La Serena and you can stay ashore at my place...the relatively sane FReepers are welcome too, they can stay in the room with our Rottweilers.

La Serena is a beautiful city. We were there a couple of days a few years ago on our way up the coast after having visited friends in the Falklands. We stayed a night at the Costa Real Hotel.

Neat that you got to see one of the nicer cities in South America...we've been living here for one year, after a year in Santiago. It is just about the nicest place to live outside of the USA. There is a very active expat community here, as there are six observatories in the area. Lots of astronomers.

Cheers from La Serena
