I never knew it was a song. I saw it on a bumper sticker many years ago, early in the morning leaving the hospital after spending several hours in the ER with my mom who had just had a severe heart attack. She needed bypass surgery, was put on a waiting list of priority and I was leaving to get home to my family and clean up before going back to the hospital. I was a young homemaker then, tired, weary, scared and overwhelmed. I'm not one for bumper stickers as a rule, but that one jumped out at me and has NEVER left me. God used it to change my entire perspective on living life here on earth, WITH Him.
