Pelosi couldn't be a better choice (for the GOP) to show the country the stark divide & difference between the two parties.

I think her pro-tax and gay rights rants will go over very well with mainstream America. As they will respond by electing even more GOP rep's & senators, and W, in two years time.

Whatever happened to 2PAC Pelosi over her 2 PAC irregularity?

Creative Nancy: Legality Of Pelosi's Double PAC Fundraising Questioned...

This seemed to die amidst all the rest of the election hoopla.

If she moves toward the center at all, won't her own constituency be angry?

And so what if they are? They will still re-elect her.

Won't she then be confronted with a primary challenge the next election?

You have to remember she is probably the richest woman in Congress. if she has a challenge she will win, hands down.

Actually I am glad that Pelosi has won and is now replacing Gebhardt (txs, babs). Pelosi will galvinize the left, she will oppose Bush at every turn and she will drive the independents to voting booths to support Bush.

If Pelosi can win the minority leader post, Al Sharpton has a chance to win the party's presidential nomination. It's hard to stop laughing.

Nancy Pelosi, the San Francisco treat. Or should I say the Democrats have plans on giving the public the San Francisco treatment. No thanks, the Bay area is too bone chilling for me and furthermore, Ms Pelosi has her left foot too well implanted on Berkeley, the political idealogical disaster by the Bay.

Any thoughts?

Yea... the dems are driving 90 in a Chevy Cavalier.

A pile of junk that sounds like tin cans when you start it.

The allignment is off so they veer to the left. Hastert pulls up on the right in a Camaro... V8.

Hastert puts on his winkers and puts his foot down.

Pelosi panics and goes into a spin. Bill Clinton arrives as they take out the bodies. HA!
