Believe it or not, there are a lot of real concerned citizens out here - afraid for our futures, our jobs, our retirement and medical benefitsSounds like the mournful whine from one of those government employees who has a job doing zilch. Probably a nail sorter. One of those myriad of employees who separate the exterior nails (those with the points facing left)from the interior nails (those with the points facing right).

I am also trapped behind enemy lines here in California. The Demo-socialists now have the perfect opportunity to demonstrate, in the Cali microcosm, how they would govern the entire country if just given all the power. Results should be closely scrutinized by "independents" wondering how to vote in 2004.

"Is "unlimitless" a real word?"Why, of course it is. It's a synonym for "antiencumbered", "noninfinite", and "unboundaryfree".
You oughta read Reader's Digest more often.

With all this "stand up to Bush" talk, what I don't understand is what these dolts WANT the Dems to do; I mean, it's pretty obvious the country is with Bush; do they want them to oppose every single thing that Bush wants to do, just for general principle?
That will really make them popular, won't it?

"Is "unlimitless" a real word?" Yes, it's a perfectly cromulent term.

The Democrats may misunderestimate the amazifying unlimitless power of Bush/Cheney/Big Oil gamma mind rays.I already feel a strong gravitational pull.

Yes, Hillary made an appearance at the Wellstone/Mondale memorial/rally, where she was photographed saluting the flag with her left hand. I want to know what that was about, I know that Hillary knows her right from her left and the pictures attest to the fact that she was not impaired by grief.

That was exactly what I was thinking. Hillary is lying low in an effort to disassociate herself from her spouse, who campaigned for the losers.

Ohhh, you're kidding! I believed it. Was the one of Daschle a fake also? The Daschle photo was from an earlier event. I feel so stupid. It never occurred to me that it could have been faked.

I am assuming that by "this country" she means the man in power before President Bush -- the idea that a man who cheated on his wife (numerous times), wagged his finger at the entire country while telling us he "did not have sex with that woman", lied under oath, was impeached, and willingly sold US secrets for Chi-Com money, stood for integrity, honesty and democracy is absolutely and amazingly assinine

We are facing a huge deficit that Davis says is "not a spending problem, but a revenue problem". Translate that to 10 billion in new taxes. I am considering leaving the state, but not sure where I want to go.Go to Texas. That's where I'M headin'... YeeHOWDY!

You mean that they just cut and pasted the body after reversing it? That's terrible, I told people about the photos. I am laughing so hard right now because I don't feel at all guilty that I told people about the photos. Hillary and Daschle deserve it.

"This is only good news for the '04 field," said one source close to one of the Democrats mulling a presidential bid. " Bush now has an unchecked government, " the source added. "That means voters will hold only one party responsible for the state of play, in particular the head of that party." They'll be spouting this through the liberal media, ad nausium, while they exercise the fillibuster at every turn.

I think you can "lasso" part of a picture, cut it out and then reverse it and paste it back in...takes a little "finesse" to get it to fit in right and the edges to be clean..."Registered" who had posted here a lot was an expert at this. I think the one with Daschle shows him as a bit taller than he really is..they moved him up a bit in order to better fill in the "empty" spot after his figure was cut out and reversed...there were a whole bunch of pictures done of that same scene (with Daschle & Dem. Senators)--one of the funniest had Ted Kennedy with one of theose double beer-can hats on his head

The past two years have ended an "innocence" that I enjoyed- Two years of cynical Democratic obstructionism will do that to a person.
and that was actually believing that this country stood for integrity, honesty and democracy.
It does, which is why the Republicans won across the board.
