Oops -- you're the one who came up with the research I cited in my last post to you! Sorry about that. That's what I get for reading the thread out of sequence!

Wow! This guy isn't just a lightweight -- he's so insubstantial he must be in low earth orbit somewhere.
I am a part-time historian, just occasionally writing articles and submitting them to university reviews for publication -- and I have published TWO articles and co-edited one BOOK in the past 20 years. That's while working a full time job in another field, as well as serving as an adjunct professor at my alma mater.
(I know the difference between "reign" and "rain", too. Maybe he WISHES he could reign.) :-D

sic' 'em, archy!
(Are you perhaps related to Don Marquis, seein' as how you are apparently a newspaper guy?)
(Did I ask you this question before? I seem to have a dim memory of seeing you jumping off the typewriter keys on some earlier occasion . . . :-D )

Thanks for posting this. I heard Boortz talking about this yesterday, and wondered if it was "real". I wonder if this turkey has tenure? That question is probably answered in the thread, will check back later.

Well, there's good news and there's bad news.
The bad news is that the professor personified the mindset of the American academe. The good news is the Cadet personifies the mindset of our American fighting men and women.

Notice that the leftie had to slip in his note that the cadet apologized for distributing the email. One can only imagine his initial "outraged" contact with the USAF.
If their website is correct, Robert Kurpiel's email address is:
C00robert.hurpiel@usafa.af.mil
The poor kid's probably in a little trouble for "leaking" the prof's email, so don't get him too charged up with your email. But a nice note would be good.

Bummer, that one doesn't work either.

By the way, did you notice this tidbit from his CV? Kirstein is currently president of Saint Xavier University's AAUP chapter, serving a four year term, 1999-2003.
AAUP (American Association of University Professors) is the guardian organization for tenure, founded by John Dewey himself.
Were you able to find where he got his degrees? It's not listed on his CV.

Robert Kurpiel, Parliamentarian Kurpiel is region 18 president for FBLA and employee of Bubby's Bagels. He is a part of many parliamentary associations. In the coming year, he will attend the Air Force Academy and pursue a military career. Following his military career, Kurpiel wants to return to political activism as a Democrat.
See http://www.ypac.8m.com/custom2.html
The prof based a fellow Democrat. The kid's a Democrat!
To: Doctor Raoul
Yeah he looks like KD Lang will in about 15 years.
